# Introduction

> LeadFast watches public Reddit posts for buyer conversations and delivers the matches your team decides to join.

LeadFast maintains sitewide Reddit monitoring from one product website. It finds public posts where people describe a current problem the product solves, scores each match, and delivers it with an optional Suggested Reply. It never posts, comments, messages, votes, follows, or contacts anyone on Reddit.

These docs cover the developer surfaces: signed webhooks, the MCP server, and the read-only API.

## What LeadFast does

* One product website per account, reviewed daily. When the product changes, monitoring follows.
* Matching runs on meaning, context and buyer need, not keyword lists.
* Every delivered match carries a score, a reason, and a short Suggested Reply you can use, edit or ignore.
* Delivery is at-least-once to Slack, Telegram, email, webhooks, MCP and the API.

## What it never does

* No Reddit account, login or credentials: only public posts are read.
* No comments, DMs, votes, follows or engagement of any kind.
* No automatic posting, and Suggested Reply is source material, never an authorization.

## Surfaces

| Surface | Direction | Use it for |
| - | - | - |
| Webhook | Push | Real-time events on your backend |
| MCP | Pull | Coding agents asking for matches in chat |
| API | Pull | Programs, dashboards and scripts |
